Return, Refund & Exchange

We create every Samari product with care, using high-quality, dermatologically tested ingredients. Our products are packed fresh to maintain purity, safety, and effectiveness.

Since skincare is a personal-use category, our return and exchange policy follows strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are considered only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
The product is expired or near expiry on arrival.
The product received is different from what was ordered.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, fragrance preference, texture, or reaction due to skin sensitivity will not be accepted, as skincare results vary from person to person.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To ensure fairness and avoid fraudulent claims:

Customers must record a clear and continuous video while opening the package.
The video should begin from showing the sealed parcel (with shipping label visible)and capture the entire opening process and product condition.
The video must be unedited and clearly show any damage or leakage upon delivery.
No replacement or refund can be processed without valid unboxing video proof.

This helps us maintain transparency, protect genuine customers, and ensure product safety at every step.

 

 

3. Procedure for Returns

If you have received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

1. Write to us at whatsapp customer support – 9425312275 within 12 hours of delivery.
2. Attach your order number, AWB tracking ID, clear images, and the unboxing video.
3. Our team will review your case and respond within 2 working days.
4. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and pickup details.

Please ensure that:

The product is unused and sealed in its original packaging.
All accessories, outer boxes, and tags are intact.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, your refund will be processed via UPI or Net Banking to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are not applicable for COD orders unless verified and approved by our quality team.

5. Exchange Policy

If a replacement product is available for eligible cases, we will send it once the returned product is received.
If not available, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products.
Items purchased during offers, sales, or combos.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Orders beyond 2 days of delivery date.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back safely using a trackable courier service.
We do not bear costs for return courier unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect.
